  3. Keep ready: Valid Email ID, Mobile Number, Aadhaar, recent passport-size photograph, scanned signature/thumb impression/hand-written declaration, and educational & category certificates.
  4. Step-I: Verify Email ID & Mobile Number via OTP.
  5. Step-II: Fill in Personal Details accurately as per official records.
  6. Step-III: Fill in Qualification Details carefully.
  7. Step-IV: Upload all requisite documents in prescribed format and size.
  8. Step-V: Pay the Application Fee online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI.
  9. After successful payment, download/print the complete application form containing payment details.
  10. Applications can be submitted online from 25/07/2026 to 24/08/2026 only.
Documents and additional conditions

Bond: New recruits at E-1 and E-2 level shall execute a bond of Rs. 3,00,000/- to serve the Company for a minimum period of 3 years. Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC – 3 years (for reserved posts); PwBD (UR) – 10 years; PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 years; PwBD (OBC) – 13 years; Ex-Servicemen – as per Govt. rules. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Candidates can apply for only one post as all exams are conducted on the same day. PwBD Candidates: Minimum 40% disability required for age relaxation. Scribe facility available for visually impaired and candidates with writing difficulty. Compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour provided. OBC Candidates: Must submit latest OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate not older than 6 months at the time of Interview. EWS Candidates: Must produce Income & Asset Certificate valid for FY 2026-27 (issued on or after 01.04.2026) at the time of Interview. Existing Govt./PSU employees must submit NOC from employer at the time of Interview. Travel Reimbursement: Outstation candidates shortlisted for Interview are entitled to 3-tier AC train fare (to and fro) from nearest station to place of Interview. Vacancies are tentative and may increase/decrease as per organizational requirement. SPMCIL reserves the right to cancel/suspend/terminate the recruitment process without assigning any reason. Posting: Selected candidates are liable to be posted to any Unit/Corporate Office of SPMCIL across India. Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to sole jurisdiction of courts in Delhi. Internal SPMCIL candidates with part-time qualifications acquired during service with prior approval and minimum 5 years of service are eligible.
