Selection process

  1. 1Online Test (Computer Based): Objective type test of 90 minutes duration with 100 questions. 50 questions from discipline-related curriculum (2 marks each) and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge/Awareness (1 mark each). Negative marking applies for wrong answers. Medium: Hindi and English.
  2. 2Document Verification: Candidates’ documents will be verified after the online test. Candidates not meeting eligibility or with incomplete documents will be disqualified.
  3. 3Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from online test (ratio 1:7) will be called for personal interview. Minimum qualifying marks in interview: 50% average. Weightage: Online Test – 80%, Personal Interview – 20%.
  4. 4Pre-Employment Medical Examination: Selected candidates must pass RCF’s pre-employment medical standards including physical examination, audiometry, ECG, vision tests, pathology, X-Ray, lung function test, BMI, etc.
  5. 5Final Merit List: Prepared based on combined score (Online Test 80% + Interview 20%). Tie-breaking: percentage in qualifying exam, then date of birth (elder candidate ranked higher).

How to apply

  1. Visit the official website www.rcfltd.com and click on ‘APPLY ONLINE’.
  2. Click on ‘Click here for New Registration’ and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id to get Provisional Registration Number and Password.
  3. Fill in the application form carefully. Use ‘SAVE AND NEXT’ to save data.
  4. Upload scanned photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature (black ink), left thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per specifications.
  5. Upload all required documents in PDF format (max 500 KB per file).
  6. Preview and verify all details before clicking ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’.
  7. Proceed to payment tab and pay the application fee online (if applicable) using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards or Mobile Wallets.
  8. Download and save the e-Receipt and online application form after successful payment.
  9. Take a printout of the system generated online application form for future reference.
Documents and additional conditions

Training Period: 1 year with stipend of Rs. 60,000/- per month. Free lodging at company hostel (Trombay/Thal). Medical facility at RCF Hospital. Probation Period: 6 months after completion of 1-year training. Bond: Rs. 2 Lakhs bond (as Fixed Deposit with lien to RCF) for 4 years including training period. Posting: At any unit (Trombay/Thal), Area Offices, or All India Marketing Offices as decided by Management. Shift duties including night shifts required. Marketing Area Office Allowance: Rs. 5,000/- per month for boarding, lodging and local travel for MTs posted outside Trombay/Thal. Benefits on Absorption: Company accommodation (Thal – provided; Trombay – subject to availability), Performance Related Pay (PRP), Free Medical for self and dependents, Gratuity, CPF, Accident Insurance, Pension Scheme, Social Security Schemes. Exam Centres: Bhopal, Delhi/Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane/MMR region, Nagpur. TA Reimbursement: SC/ST candidates called for Online Test and all outstation candidates called for Interview will be reimbursed to & fro III Tier AC rail/bus fare (excluding Premium Trains) on production of receipts/confirmed tickets. Eligibility Cut-off Date: 01.02.2026 for age and educational qualification. Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply. Candidates in final year of Graduation/Post-Graduation are NOT eligible.
