- 1MPYPIL reserves the right to shortlist candidates for the Interview cum Document Verification based on prescribed eligibility criteria and merit.
- 2The selection process shall consist of Interview cum Document Verification.
- 3The final merit/selection list shall be prepared based on eligibility, qualification, experience, suitability and Interview cum Document Verification.
- 4Shortlisted candidates shall be informed through notifications published on the MPOnline Portal, Official website of the Transport Department, M.P. and via email.
- 5Shortlisted candidates shall appear for the Interview cum Document Verification on the scheduled date and time with all original documents, two sets of self-attested photocopies, two recent passport-size colour photographs, and a copy of the submitted online application form.
- 6In the event of a tie in the final merit, preference shall be given to the elder candidate. If candidates are of the same age, preference shall be given to the candidate securing higher percentage in the prescribed essential educational qualification.
- 7A Selection List and Waiting List may be prepared based on the final merit. The Selection List shall remain valid for one year from the date of its publication and may be extended by a further period of six months by the Appointing Authority.
- 8Appointment shall be subject to verification of documents, fulfillment of eligibility conditions, medical fitness, and character verification by the Competent Authority.

How to apply
- Visit the MPOnline portal at https://iforms.mponline.gov.in.
- Register and fill in the online application form carefully.
- Upload required documents: 10th certificate, Higher Secondary, Graduation, essential qualification, experience, caste (if applicable), domicile (if applicable), EWS (same year), OBC Non-Creamy Layer declaration and any other applicable documents.
- Pay the non-refundable portal charge of ₹200 (excluding GST) through any online payment gateway or authorized MPOnline Kiosk.
- Submit the application form before the closing date (18/08/2026).
- No offline application shall be accepted.
- Candidates need not send hard copies of the application or certificates to MPYPIL.
- Candidates must have a valid e-mail ID, which should remain active during the entire recruitment process.
- Use the application-correction window (07/08/2026 to 19/08/2026) to make any corrections if needed.
Documents and additional conditions
Other Important Information: Nature of Appointment: Contractual for a period of One (01) year, extendable at the discretion of MPYPIL. Absorption: Upon completion of the prescribed probation period and subject to satisfactory performance, contractual appointees may be absorbed into the designated post and pay scale. Reservation: Horizontal and Vertical Reservation benefits shall be available only to eligible MP Domicile candidates. Non-Domicile candidates shall be treated as UR. Final OBC selection list is subject to the final verdict in Writ Petition No. 5901/2019 pending before the Hon’ble Madhya Pradesh High Court, Jabalpur. Retired Employees: Monthly remuneration shall be fixed either by deducting pension from the last drawn salary or at 50% of the last drawn salary. Relaxation in qualification and experience shall be granted to retired employees of Central/State Government/PSUs/Corporations/Boards subject to equivalent post conditions. NOC Requirement: Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, PSUs or other Government-controlled organizations must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of Interview cum Document Verification. Termination/Notice Period: Either party may terminate the contract by giving One (01) month’s prior notice or One (01) month’s consolidated pay in lieu thereof. Posting Location: The selected candidate may be posted at any office of MPYPIL or its subsidiary companies as decided by the Appointing Authority. Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall first be resolved by the Appointing Authority. If unresolved, the candidate shall refer the dispute to the High Court of Madhya Pradesh. Age Calculation Date: Age shall be calculated as on 01.01.2026. Only Class 10 (High School/Matriculation) Passing Certificate/Mark Sheet or any other valid Government-issued document shall be accepted as proof of age. Portal Charges: Non-refundable portal charge of ₹200 (excluding GST) payable through online payment gateway or authorized MPOnline Kiosk. Data Privacy & Confidentiality: Selected candidates must maintain strict confidentiality of all official information. The obligation of confidentiality continues even after expiry, resignation or termination of the contractual appointment. Disqualifications: Candidates with more than one living spouse, those convicted of offences involving moral turpitude or offences against women, those dismissed from previous service, or those who submit false/forged documents shall be ineligible for appointment.
