Discovery
Public listings, feeds and recruitment aggregators may be used to discover that an opening exists. Discovery-source URLs and branding are retained only in the private operational database and are not used as the public authority for a job.
Official-source resolution
Before publication, the pipeline attempts to locate an official government, PSU, bank, university, court or recruiting-organisation advertisement or recruitment page. Public job links are restricted to approved official sources.
Extraction and review
Official HTML and PDFs are read to identify job-specific facts. Scanned notices may require OCR. Every record receives a confidence and completeness check; insufficient or mismatched records remain unpublished for review.
Corrections
Recruitment information can change. Visitors and organisations may report a correction through the contact page. Verified corrections are prioritised and the official notice remains final.
