Documents and additional conditions
Organization: NALCO is a Navratna Central PSU and one of the largest integrated Alumina-Aluminium Complexes of Asia with Corporate Office at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Compensation: Basic Pay + DA (Industrial DA pattern), Perks (35% of basic pay), Non-Practicing Allowance (20% of basic pay), Performance Related Pay, Company accommodation or HRA, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members, Post-Retirement Medical Benefit, Leave Encashment, Pension as per NPS, Contributory Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Gratuity, etc. Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC(NCL), 10 years for PwBD-UR, 13 years for PwBD-OBC(NCL), 15 years for PwBD-SC/ST. Maximum upper age shall not exceed 56 years including all relaxations. Placement: Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India or in subsidiaries/joint ventures/business associates of NALCO and are transferable as per organizational requirement. Medical Fitness: Final appointment is subject to passing NALCO’s Medical Examination as per standards laid down under NALCO Medical Examination Rules. Travel Reimbursement: Candidates will be reimbursed IInd class AC (Sleeper) to and fro train/bus fare for E2 & E3 grades for attending the interview. Reservation: Reservations/relaxations for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD (disability 40% or above) as per Government guidelines are applicable. Jurisdiction: Any dispute with regard to the recruitment will be settled within the jurisdiction of Cuttack, Odisha only. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. The number of posts indicated is tentative and may vary depending upon existing and future organizational requirements.
