- 1Selection shall be based on Written Test and Experience.
- 2The medium of the written test will be English except for questions on Punjabi Language.
- 3The written test shall be conducted in Chandigarh only, duration of 2 hours, consisting of 100 MCQs (Maximum Marks: 100).
- 4Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for every wrong answer.
- 5Final Merit = 80% weightage of Written Test Marks + 20% marks for relevant work experience.
- 6Experience must be in Government/Semi-Government/Cooperative/Public Sector organisations (regular/outsourced/contractual basis) in the relevant field.

- Fill the online application form carefully and correctly. Upload scanned photograph (Passport size with 80% face) and signature (on white paper only).

Probation Period: 2 years (extendable by appointing authority as per applicable rules). Punjabi Qualification: Punjabi up to Matric Standard is compulsory for direct recruitment. Age: 18 to 45 years as on 01.07.2026. Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with requisite fee for each post. No TA/DA: No travelling expenses shall be admissible for appearing in the written examination, counselling/document verification, or any other stage. NOC Required: Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Cooperative organisations must furnish a No Objection Certificate and resign before joining Milkfed. Reservation: As per policy/instructions of the Govt. of Punjab. Sports persons must apply with sports gradation certificate issued by Director Sports, Punjab. Appointment subject to: Character & antecedent verification, medical fitness (certified by Senior Medical Officer or above), and police verification. Distance/Online Learning: Qualifications through ODL/Online mode accepted only if recognized by UGC/AICTE/DEC/Distance Education Bureau for the relevant period.
