- 3Skill Test (Computer Literacy Test): Candidates shortlisted in ratio 1:5 (max) to category-wise vacancies (min 10 candidates). Passing: 60% for UR
- 450% for Reserved. Comprises MS Word (35 marks), MS Excel (35 marks), MS PowerPoint (30 marks). Duration: 75 minutes.
- 5Final Selection: Based on marks scored in Written Test from among candidates who qualify the Skill Test.
- 6Tie-Breaker: (a) Marks in ‘General Intelligence & Reasoning ability’; (b) Date of birth (older candidate preferred).

- Register online between 27-07-2026 (10:00 AM) and 16-08-2026 (11:55 PM).
- Fill in the online application form with correct details including a valid e-mail ID and mobile number.
- Upload recent colour passport size photograph (.jpg/.jpeg, 50KB–100KB) and signature (.jpg/.jpeg, 50KB–100KB).
- Upload relevant supporting documents (SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen certificate as applicable).
- Pay the application fee online via Bharatkosh e-Payment gateway (Internet Banking, UPI, or Domestic Debit Card).
- Submit the application and note the online Registration Number for future reference.
- Hall tickets/call letters will be sent only via registered e-mail ID/SMS; no hard copy will be sent.
- Candidates registered under NCS portal and fulfilling eligibility may also apply through ISRO website.
Documents and additional conditions
Only Indian nationals need apply. Appointees are liable to be posted/transferred to any Centre/Unit of Department of Space/ISRO at any time. Number of vacancies is provisional; ISRO reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies. Posts are temporary but likely to continue. ICRB/ISRO reserves the right not to fill up the posts without assigning any reason. PwBD Certificate: Must be issued by a Medical Board of at least 3 members (one specialist), constituted by Central/State Government. Disability must be 40% or more. Candidates are advised to get manual certificates digitized on UDID portal. OBC Certificate: Must be valid as on 16-08-2026 in prescribed proforma for Central Government jobs. EWS Certificate: Income and Asset Certificate valid for financial year 2026-2027 required. No Objection Certificate (NOC): Serving Government employees must submit NOC from employer at the time of Skill Test. Failure to submit NOC will result in disqualification from Skill Test and no TA will be paid. Written Test Venues (38 cities): Agartala, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh/Mohali, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Ernakulum, Gorakhpur, Gurugram, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jammu, Jodhpur, Kanpur, Kavaratti, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Mysore, Nagpur, Patna, Port Blair, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Shilong, Tiruchirapalli, Thiruvananthapuram, Varanasi, Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam. No TA will be paid for attending the Written Test. Second-class train fare (shortest route) will be reimbursed for Skill Test attendance. Answer Keys will be published on ISRO website within 3 working days of Written Test. Objections can be raised within 5 days via the provided link only. All communications will be through registered e-mail ID/ISRO website only. Candidates must check e-mail (including spam/junk folders) regularly. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
