- 1Document Verification (DV) & Trial: All eligible candidates will be called for Document Verification and Trial.
- 2Trial (Physical/Game Skill): Candidates must secure 25 or more marks out of 40 (for Game skill, physical fitness and coach’s observations) to be declared FIT. Candidates declared UNFIT will not be assessed further.

- Log in to the RRC/CR website and fill up personal details/Bio-data carefully.
- Ensure your name, father’s name, and date of birth match exactly with Educational Qualification and Sports Certificates.
- Upload scanned colour photograph (3.5cm x 3.5cm, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI, 20kb-70kb, not older than 3 months).
- Upload scanned signature (3.5cm x 2.5cm, JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI, 20kb-30kb) in English or Hindi running handwriting.
- Upload required documents: Academic qualification certificate, Sports achievement certificate (on or after 01/04/2024), Date of birth proof, Caste certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the application fee online through the payment gateway (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
- On successful payment, save/print the e-receipt generated.
- Note the Registration Number issued for future correspondence.
- Take a printout of the application to be produced at the time of Selection Trial.
- Candidates applying for more than one game/event must submit separate applications with separate fees.
Documents and additional conditions
Other Important Information: No Reservation: Posts are open to all regardless of community. There is no reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS. Sports Performance Validity: Sports performance will be adjudged on the basis of participation in sports events held on or after 01/04/2024. Aadhaar Mandatory: Candidates must possess an Aadhaar card. Candidates from J&K, Meghalaya, and Assam may use Voter ID/Passport/Driving Licence. Service Bond: Selected candidates will have to submit a Service Bond of 5 years at the time of appointment. Sports Performance Period: Candidates selected through Sports Quota must perform in their field of sports for a minimum period of 5 years. Performance will be assessed during the first two years (Probation Period). No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance will be given for appearing in selection trials. Candidates must bring their own kit and four passport size photographs. Doping: Candidates involved in doping offences under NADA/WADA regulations may be rejected or terminated. NSF Certificates: All future recruitments shall be based solely on certificates issued by recognized National Sports Federations (NSFs) for recognized sports achievements. Multiple Games: Candidates applying for more than one game/event must submit separate applications with separate fees. NOC Required: Candidates already in service of PSU/Government Organizations must produce a No Objection Certificate from their employer at the time of trial. Posting: Selected candidates will be posted anywhere on Central Railway. Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal matter arising out of this Employment Notice shall fall within the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai only.
