QualificationNationality: Indian citizens (as per rules). Marital Status: Unmarried Male and Unmarried Female candidates only. Age Limit (as on 01 Jan 2027): 21 to 27 years (Born not earlier than 02 Jan 2000 and not later than 01 Jan 2006 – both dates inclusive). Date of birth as recorded in Matriculation/Secondary School Certificate will only be accepted. Educational Qualification: Minimum 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree (three-year professional after graduation or five-year after 10+2). Must have appeared for CLAT PG Exam 2026 (conducted in Dec 2025). Only CLAT PG 2026 score is acceptable. Candidate should be eligible for registration as an Advocate with Bar Council of India/State. Degree from a College/University recognized by Bar Council of India. Note: Only candidates holding LLB Degree and Marksheet are eligible. CLAT PG 2026 result must be verified at the Selection Centre before SSB; otherwise candidature will be cancelled.

No offline applications will be accepted. ➢ Step 1: Visit the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. ➢ Step 2: Click on ‘Officer Entry Appln/Login’ and then ‘Registration’ (skip if already registered). ➢ Step 3: After registration, click ‘Apply Online’ under Dashboard → Select ‘Short Service Commission JAG Entry Course’. ➢ Step 4: Fill Personal Information, Communication Details, Education Details and previous SSB details carefully. Save & Continue each segment. ➢ Step 5: Review the Summary page thoroughly and click ‘Submit’. ➢ Step 6: After final submission, take out two copies of the application form (having Roll Number) 30 minutes after closure of online application on the last day.
