- Click on ‘CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE’ to open the online application form.
- Choose ‘Click here for New Registration’ and enter your Name, contact details, and Email ID. Note down the system-generated Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Use the ‘SAVE AND NEXT’ option to fill the application in stages if needed, and verify all details carefully — no changes are allowed after clicking ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’.
- Upload photograph, signature, and left thumb impression as per the prescribed specifications.

Other Important Information: Application can be made for only one post; multiple appearances at interview will lead to cancellation of candidature. No change of category will be permitted at any stage after registration. Existing Union Bank of India employees must apply through proper channel (HR Department of Regional/Zonal Office) and, if selected, must resign and rejoin afresh. Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years of active service. Selected candidates for posts G01–G19 must execute a Service Indemnity Bond to serve for a minimum of 3 years, or pay ₹2,00,000 + applicable taxes if they leave before completing 3 years. Selected candidates for posts S01–S108 must execute a Service Indemnity Bond to serve for a minimum of 3 years, or pay ₹2,50,000 + applicable taxes if they leave before completing 3 years. Posting will be at any Branch/Office of the Bank throughout India at the Bank’s sole discretion. The Bank reserves the right to change/modify the number of vacancies, examination structure, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage. Any dispute is subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
