- 1Selection will be based on merit prepared from educational qualifications (from Intermediate to Post Graduate level).
- 2Priority will be given to widows, legally divorced, or abandoned women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward.
- 3If no BPL widow/divorced/abandoned candidate is available, BPL women from the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
- 4If no BPL candidate is available, Above Poverty Line (APL) widows/abandoned/divorced women from the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
- 5If none of the above are available, APL women from the same Gram Sabha/Ward will be considered.
- 6Residence and caste certificates must be digitally signed online certificates from the Tehsil, verifiable online.
- 7Income certificate must be issued by competent authority as per UP Government order, verifiable online.
