- 1Selection will be done through a merit-based direct recruitment process.
- 2Merit list will be prepared based on educational qualifications ranging from Intermediate (minimum) to Post Graduate (maximum).
- 3Priority (Varyata) will be given in the following order: Resident of the same Gram Sabha/Ward (urban areas) belonging to BPL family – Widow / Legally Divorced / Abandoned woman. If no such candidate is available, other women from BPL families of the same Gram Sabha/Ward. If no BPL candidate is available, women from Above Poverty Line (APL) families. If no eligible candidate is found in the same Gram Sabha, selection will be made category-wise from the concerned Nyaya Panchayat.

Other Important Information: Only Female Candidates are eligible to apply for the advertised posts. Residency Requirement: The applicant must be a permanent resident of the Ward/Gram Sabha of the vacant post. If no eligible candidate is available in the Gram Sabha, a permanent resident of the concerned Nyaya Panchayat is eligible. For urban areas, the online residence certificate must mention the ward number and ward name. BPL Preference: Candidates from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families will be given preference as per UP Government order No. 22/2015/2123/26-2-2015 dated 14 September 2015 (as amended). Certificates: Residence and caste certificates must be digitally signed and issued online by the Tehsil, with online verification possible. Income certificates must be issued by competent authority as per UP Government order No. 3959/1-9-11-Raj0-9 dated 30.09.2011 (as amended). Widow: Death certificate issued by Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Urban Local Body and certified copy of family register will be accepted. Divorced/Abandoned Women: Legal order issued by the Hon’ble Court will be accepted. Reservation: Applications for reserved posts will only be accepted from the respective reserved category. Applications from any caste will be accepted for unreserved posts. Vacancy Count: The number of vacancies may increase or decrease. The Selection Committee has the right to fill or not fill vacancies or cancel the recruitment.
