- 3Merit list will be prepared based on the percentage of marks obtained from Intermediate to Post-Graduate level (High School marks will NOT be included).
- 4The percentage of marks obtained will be divided by 10 to calculate the merit score (e.g., 45% = 4.5 marks, 59% = 5.9 marks).
- 5Grading/CGPA system marks will also be calculated accordingly.
- 6Merit list will be calculated up to three decimal places; no rounding off after decimal.
- 7In case of equal merit among multiple eligible candidates in the same category, a merit list will be prepared for all.
- 8EWS category, Divyang (PwD) category, and Freedom Fighter Dependent reservations are NOT applicable for these posts as per the relevant Government Order.

Documents and additional conditions
Only female candidates are eligible to apply for Anganwadi Worker and Anganwadi Helper posts. The applicant must be a resident of the same Gram Sabha (village) or Ward (urban area) for which the vacancy exists. Age is calculated as on 01 July 2026. Date of birth as per High School marksheet/certificate is the only valid proof. Digitally signed residence and caste certificates (with online verification possible) are mandatory. If the residence certificate cannot be verified online, the candidature will not be considered. If the income certificate cannot be verified online, the candidate will be treated as above the poverty line. If the caste certificate cannot be verified online, the candidate will be treated as Unreserved (General) category. For widows: Death certificate of husband issued by Gram Panchayat Officer/Urban Body and certified copy of family register are required. For divorced/abandoned women: Legal order from a competent court is mandatory. Income proof must be issued by competent authority as per UP Government Revenue Section-9 order dated 30.09.2011 (as amended), with online verification possible. EWS, Divyang (PwD), and Freedom Fighter Dependent reservations are NOT applicable for these posts. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease; updated information will be available on the website. Vacancy details (project-wise, Gram Sabha/Ward-wise with reservation) are displayed on notice boards at Collectorate, Vikas Bhawan, District Programme Office, Tehsil, Nagar Palika/Nagar Panchayat, Block Development Office, and all Child Development Project Officer offices.
