Selection process

  5. 5Candidates must produce valid identity proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, etc.) at the time of Screening/Written Test and Viva-Voce/Interview.

How to apply

  2. If not registered, click on ‘Register Here’ and complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process.
  3. Register with a valid and active e-mail address and mobile number.
  4. Log in using registered e-mail/mobile number and password.
  5. Fill in the required registration details as asked in the form.
  6. Carefully read the eligibility criteria and other relevant details before applying.
  7. Upload required documents/certificates (Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, caste/category etc.) in PDF format (max 4 MB, 200 dpi greyscale).
  8. Upload recent Photograph (50 KB – 200 KB, not older than 3 months) and Signature (50 KB – 200 KB).
  9. Fill all details carefully and tick the declaration checkbox to enable the Preview option.
  10. Preview the application to confirm all documents are clear and legible.
  11. Click ‘Proceed to Pay’ to pay the prescribed fee/charges.
  12. Upon successful submission, an auto-generated confirmation e-mail/SMS will be sent to the registered e-mail ID/Mobile No.
  13. Take a print-out of the submitted Online Application Form and retain the hard copy for future reference.
  14. Candidates without debit card/Internet banking facilities may visit the nearest Common Service Center (CSC).
Documents and additional conditions

Domicile Requirement: Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and upload a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (for educational purposes) or a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate. PwBD Eligibility: Candidates must possess Benchmark Disability of 40% or more. Reserved posts include: Blindness & Low Vision – 1, Deaf & Hearing Impaired – 1, Locomotor Disability – 1, Autism – 1 (Total PwBD: 4). Ex-Servicemen: Must upload Ex-Servicemen Identity Card issued by Zila Sainik Welfare Office of Assam and Discharge Book while applying for reserved posts. Government Employees: Must upload a certificate from competent authority; those seeking pay protection must also upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Small Family Norms: Candidates must submit a declaration in Form-A as per Govt. Notification No. ABP.69/2019/17 dated 6th November 2019. OTR Profile: Certificates relating to age, caste, and minimum educational qualification will be fetched from the OTR profile. Candidates must update their OTR profile if additional documents are required.
