- Upload required documents/certificates (Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, caste/category etc.) in PDF format (file size not exceeding 4 MB, legible, scanned at 200 dpi in greyscale recommended).
- Upload recent Photograph (50 KB – 200 KB, not older than 3 months) and Signature (50 KB – 200 KB).
- Fill all details carefully and tick the declaration checkbox to enable the Preview option before final submission.
- Check uploaded documents using the Preview option to confirm they are clear and legible.
- Click ‘Proceed to Pay’ to continue or ‘Cancel’ to make corrections.
- Pay the prescribed fee/charges as applicable.
- Upon successful submission, an auto-generated confirmation e-mail/SMS will be sent to the registered e-mail ID/Mobile No.
- Take a print-out of the submitted Online Application Form and retain the hard copy for future reference.
Documents and additional conditions
Eligibility: Candidates must be Indian Citizens (as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India) and permanent residents of Assam. A valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purpose/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate is required as domicile proof. PwBD Candidates: Must possess Benchmark Disability of 40% or more and produce necessary certificate issued by the competent authority. Government Employees: Candidates already in regular Government service must upload a certificate from the competent authority. Those seeking pay protection/continuation must upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC). Small Family Norms: Candidates must submit a declaration regarding ‘The Small Family Norms’ in Form-A at the time of applying, as per Govt. Notification No. ABP.69/2019/17 dated 6th November 2019. Age Proof: Only Class-X/Class-XII Examination Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Marksheet issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council will be accepted as age proof. Documents at Interview: Originals and self-attested copies of Class X/XII certificates, mark sheets from HSLC onwards, experience certificate (if required), caste certificate, BPL certificate (if applicable), Declaration Form-A, and identity proof (PAN Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID, Aadhar Card, etc.) must be produced. Reservation: Posts are reserved for OBC/MOBC, TT & Adivasi, SC, STP, STH categories and for PwBD (OH, HI types) and Ex-Servicemen as per draft advertisement from Government. Canvassing: Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
