- 4Female candidates: Minimum height 157 cm, minimum weight 45 kg (no chest measurement required).
- 5Physical Efficiency Test (PET): 1 km Race (Men: 5 min, Women: 7 min), 100 m Race (Men: 15 sec, Women: 20 sec), High Jump (Men: 1 m, Women: 80 cm, 3 chances), Long Jump (Men: 3.30 m, Women: 2.25 m).
- 6Mizo Language Proficiency Qualifying Test: Candidates must achieve pass marks (exemption for those who studied Mizo in Class X or above).
- 7Computer Proficiency Test: As prescribed by Mizoram Group ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ posts Service/Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

- If not already registered, complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) on the portal before applying.
- Log in and fill out the application form for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ministerial).
- Upload all mandatory documents including: Marksheets of HSLC and above, Educational Certificates of HSLC and above, Proof of Computer Proficiency, Proof of Mizo Language Proficiency, SC/ST Certificate (if applicable), Proof of date of birth, and Proof of educational qualifications.
- Pay the application fee through the available payment modes (UPI must be done using the mobile number used for OTR registration).

Job Description: Asst. Sub-Inspector (M) is the entry grade of clerical staff in the Police, handling tasks like Receipt, Despatch, typing, Computer operation, maintaining records and registers, office files and initial correspondences. Some senior ASI (M) are also entrusted to handle cash, maintain cashbooks, prepare bills and scrutinize bills. Classification: Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted), Home Department. Disqualifications: Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify candidature. Incomplete/incorrect application details may lead to rejection. Failure to meet eligibility conditions at any stage will result in disqualification. Failure to submit application with supporting documents within stipulated time will result in disqualification. Debarment: Candidates found guilty of misconduct, using unfair means or intimidation shall be debarred from all MPSC examinations. Records will be shared with UPSC and other State PSCs. Document Upload: All mandatory documents must be uploaded before the closing date. Protected files will be considered as not uploaded. Validity of candidature is assessed based on uploaded documents only. Fee: Persons with Disabilities are exempted from application fees. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
