- 1Candidates must register online before 24.08.2026, 5:00 PM.
- 2A Written Examination will be conducted on 08.09.2026 (tentative) at the Examination Hall, Ground Floor, Auditorium Building, AIIMS Kalyani.
- 3Document verification will be carried out at the time of Written Exam and/or Interview.
- 4Selection of candidates will be based on performance in the Personal Interview of candidates who qualify in the Written Examination.
- 5Candidates working in Govt./Semi-Govt./PSU must submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer; failing which they will not be permitted to appear for the Interview.
- 6The date of Personal Interview will be intimated in due course.
- 7The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection will be final and binding.

- Upload mandatory documents: MBBS Mark Sheets (1st, 2nd, 3rd and final year) & Certificates, Proof of MBBS Exam Attempts, Permanent Medical Registration Certificate, MBBS Degree Certificate or Provisional Pass Certificate, Internship Completion Certificate, One Recent Passport Size Photograph, Aadhar Card, Age proof, Category Certificate (if applicable), and Scan copy of Demand Draft.
- Pay the application fee via Demand Draft in favour of ‘AIIMS KALYANI INTERNAL RESOURCES ACCOUNT’ payable at Kalyani.
- Complete registration before 24.08.2026, 5:00 PM.
- On the day of Written Exam and/or Interview, bring the application form (in prescribed format), original documents, one set of self-attested photocopies, and the Demand Draft for application fee.
Documents and additional conditions
The appointment is purely on tenure basis for an initial period of 6 months only. The tenure engagement will automatically expire on completion of 6 months and can be terminated at any time by the Institute. The employee can leave by giving 1 (one) month notice or salary in lieu thereof. Candidates who have already done two terms of Junior Residency (Non-Academic) either at AIIMS or outside will not be considered. One term = 6 months (joining and leaving at any time counts as one term). Experience in Army services, Central Health Services, Private Nursing Homes & Private practice will be taken as equivalent to Junior Residency (Non-Academic). This appointment is whole time; private practice of any kind is prohibited. The appointee will have to work in shifts and can be posted on rotation at any place including Trauma & Emergency Medicine. No travelling or other allowances will be paid for joining the post. If selected, the candidate must join within 30 days of issue of the Offer of Appointment; no joining extension will be considered. Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
