- 1Written Examination (Computer Based Test – CBT): The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT) of 100 marks.
- 2Negative Marking: For every 4 wrong answers, 1 mark will be deducted.

Application window: 24.07.2026 to 23.08.2026 on www.btsc.bihar.gov.in. Age cut-off date: 01.08.2026. Minimum age: 21 years; Maximum age varies by category (37-42 years). Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with at least 6 months post-registration experience; valid Bihar Nursing Council registration required. Candidates with disabilities (PwD) must submit disability certificate in Form VI as per Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017.
