- Assistant Manager/ Electrical/ S&T/Operations: B.E./B.tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least 50% marks.
- Assistant Manager/IT: Master’s Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Master of Technology with specialization in Computer Application or B.E./B.Tech in computer science/engineering from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistants Manager (Accounts): CA from the institute of chartered accounts of India or ICWA from the institute of cost accounts of India.
- Assistant Manager/Architect: B.Arch from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager/ Human resource: Full-time MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) from a recognized university or college with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Manager/Public Relations: Master of Mass Communication and Journalism or Master in Journalism from a recognized college/university with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Assistant Company Secretary: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Junior Engineer/Electrical/S&T/SCTO: Three-year diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent from a recognized college/university with a minimum of 60% marks.
