Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2024 Notification

Offline application forms are invited from eligible candidates against the vacancies of Tenure Based DBW (Danger Building Worker) on a contract basis, to work in Ordnance Factory Khamaria, Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh For one Year which may be extended up to 4 years from the date of engagement based on the factory requirement and individual performance.

Ordnance Factory Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates must check their education qualifications and age limit before applying for the application form.

Ordnance Factory Education Qualification

Candidates who have completed the AOCP Trade (NCTVT) apprenticeship program from Ordnance Factories, candidates who have completed the AOCP Trade (NCTVT) program from Government or Private organizations affiliated with the Government, and candidates who have completed the AOCP (NCTVT) program from Government ITI will be considered.

After hiring, the AOCP personnel not having apprentices from Ordnance Factories will be given compulsory ‘ONE MONTH’ extensive in-house training w.r.t Safe Handling of explosives, ammunitions, safety norms, Do’s & Don’ts, etc. by OFK and only after successful completion of the training these personnel will be considered for specific job deployment.

Ordnance Factory Age Limit

For General Candidates, the age range for application is between 18 and 35 years. Age relaxation will be given to OBC-NCL, SC/ST & Ex-Serviceman candidates as per admissible rules.

Ordnance Factory Salary

Selected candidate in Ordnance Factory Khamaria Jabalpur as a Danger Building worker will get Rs. 19,900 plus DA starting salary. An annual increase of 3% during the tenure shall be admissible on the Basic Pay, subject to satisfactory performance.

Ordnance Factory Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

• Selection will be based on NCTVT and Trade/Practical Test marks, in order of merit. Cut-off for Trade Test will be determined by Ordnance Factory Khamaria based on NCTVT marks.
• The merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in the NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical Test.
• The weightage of Marks in the NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical test will be 80% and 20% respectively.
