SSC JE Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from a recognized college/University.
- Three years Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Automobile from a recognized College/ University.
- And also 2 years of experience in the respective field in some posts like- Border Road Organization, DGQA-NAVAL, Ministry Of Defence, and Military Engineering Services (MES).

SSC JE Exam Pattern 2024
- Paper-1 & Paper-2 will consist of objective-type, Multiple-choice questions asked in both Hindi & English Language.
- Both papers take 2 hours time to solve the questions.
- Paper-1 200 questions ask 200 marks.
- Paper-2 100 questions asked 300 marks
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in paper 1.
- There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer in paper 2.
